The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on this 15th of July, 2023. The meeting was presided over Mr. Brown, with attendance of homeowners in participation.
Following call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were considered and accepted with no amendments.
- Treasurer Miller, gave a concise financial update outlining the current status of the homeowner association's funds.
- Multiple homeowners raised concerns regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed playground construction and traffic maintenance.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's queries, providing information about the plans.
Concluding the discussion, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, at a later date.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Board of Directors is at this time discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to improve the quality of life for all residents while tackling current concerns and encouraging a thriving community.
- Among the proposed amendments are regulations related to landscaping, sound restrictions, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to peruse the proposed amendments thoroughly and provide their suggestions by September 1st.
- An open forum will be scheduled on September 8th to address the proposed amendments in more depth.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.
A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by website October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!
Sherwood Lakes Safety Initiative for Sherwood Lakes Residents
